The aid of props maximizes comfort and provides a safe and supportive environment, which encourage students to fully let go and surrender into total relaxation. Moreover, in this class, the emphasis is on mindfulness so we incorporate conscious breathing exercises while practicing the poses, which are generally held for a long period of time (several minutes).
